When Nigerian President, Buhari, declared a “technical” victory over Boko Haram, he did say that Boko Haram may still be carrying out their devilish activities by organizing suicide bombings periodically until they are finally crushed out.
“But articulated conventional attacks on centres of communication and populations… they are no longer capable of doing that effectively,”…”So I think technically we have won the war because people are going back into their neighbourhoods.”
The ruthless terrorist group has decided to take it’s suicide bombing activity to a refugee camp. Two female suicide bombers used by Boko Haram blew themselves up in a refugee camp in northeastern Nigeria, killing at least 58 people.
The third woman among the female suicide bombers allegedly changed her mind and did not blow herself up because her family members were among the people she would have killed. It is being speculated that Boko Haram is trying to revenge for their logistics base that was recently destroyed by the Nigerian Air Force.
